About

I've been working as a designer and motion designer for the past ten years, in Reykjavík and Stockholm.

I love coming up with ideas and finding the best way to bring them to life, whether that's through design, animation or a bit of both. I like being part of the process from the beginning, developing ideas, solving problems and working closely with the people around me. Along the way, I've also led creative projects, guided other designers and helped turn ideas into finished work.

Teaching has also been a big part of my work. I've taught at Hyper Island for many years, and it's something I genuinely love. I enjoy talking through ideas, giving feedback and helping people find their own way forward.

More recently I studied Production Management at Berghs. Over the years I've become more and more interested in what happens around the creative work too. The people, the process and how you create the right conditions for good ideas to become good work.

After a couple of years in Stockholm, I'm now back in Reykjavík and looking for what's next.
